In this essay, I will reflect on my relationship with my family of origin (FOO) and provide an assessment of our family communication across these dimensions.
Clarity
In terms of clarity in family communication, I believe my family of origin excels. We are generally clear in expressing our thoughts, feelings, and expectations. We openly discuss important decisions, share information, and seek clarification when needed. This clarity helps to avoid misunderstandings and promotes effective communication within our family.
Openness
