ARTICLE CRITIQUE: VALUE BASED RESPONSE Conduct a literature search and select one issue from five years ago or sooner that details an organization’s value-based response to error, accident, or failure. Use a lens of Dekker’s (2014) Old vs. New View as presented in Chapter 1 and compare actions, behavior, and/or culture between the old and new views.
