The change effort can be one that you want to make in the future, one that is currently taking place in the organization, or one that was attempted in the past but was unsuccessful.
The content of your final paper will vary depending on whether you are using a future, current, or past change effort.
Future change: What needs to occur at each step to make sure the change is successful? What is the plan?
Current change: Where are you in the change process? What has gone right/wrong at each step? What needs to be done to make sure the change effort succeeds?
Past change: Where did the change effort fail and why? What would you have done differently at each step in the model?
