Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee

Format 1) The review should begin with an introduction that introduces the book and the author and briefly summarizes the book. The book’s thesis should be identified in the introduction. 2) The body of the essay should be devoted to discussing how the author supports his/her thesis through a selective discussion of key portions of the book. To do this, you’ll use examples and quotes (but use quotes sparingly!) from the book. You may be able to do some evaluation in your review (evaluation is the highest level of critical thinking) if you feel you have the necessary resources (from what you have learned in this course, other courses, or reading and study on your own) to offer evaluative commentary. Remember, much of evaluation is comparative, that’s why you may or may not be able to do much of this (and why I don’t necessarily expect it.) 3) In your conclusion, tie together the points you have made and offer a concluding assessment or “big picture” comments. - Any thesis works - Any amount sources
