Overview:
In this Module, you saw and read about various businesses and their union opposition. Many large employers are trying to create an “alternative” to unions in the workplace. They don’t want to share the decision making with the union. Walmart created a document titled “A Manager’s Toolbox to Remaining Union Free.” It psychs up managers with lines like, “As a member of Wal-Mart’s management team, you are our first line of defense against unionization.” in this assignment, reflect upon the idea of alternatives to unions, and create a two (2) page document based on the instructions below.
