Data, Information, and Knowledge Acquisition Through the use of healthcare informatics, my unit obtains a diverse range of data, information, and knowledge critical to delivering high-quality care. This includes patient demographics, medical history, treatment plans, medication records, diagnostic results, care coordination notes, and clinical guidelines to support evidence-based practice.
