Nurse leaders often need to think outside of the box when addressing situations that affect the organization in which they work and people they serve. Florence Nightingale stated, “Creativity thrives in the absence of resources.” Based upon your readings, discussions, and personal/professional experiences this semester, reflect upon what this statement means to you in a 200-word minimum response (no citations or references are needed).
