Critical reflection of my growth and development

• Critical reflection of my growth and development during my practicum experience in a private mental health clinic had the benefit of helping me to identify opportunities for improvement in my clinical skills, while also recognizing my strengths and successes.
• During this clinical rotation, students must complete required clinical time log. 160 clinical hours. Students must also complete required patient experience log. 40 Children & 40 Adolescents in total 80 patient encounters. Using the above requirement, reflect on your clinical experiences, strengths and opportunities for improvement, the progress you made, and what insights you will carry forward into your next practicum.
