In your essay response, address the question by selecting one or more examples of a social phenomenon in which critical theory is used to clarify or enlighten the problem. Alternatively, you may choose to argue how critical theory is not a useful tool for understanding social phenomena. In either case, clearly justify using examples and citing from our course readings, where appropriate. Note that this paper should be written in an academic essay format, following APA 7th edition guidelines, and be 3 pages of narrative text. A reference page is required but does not count towards the 3 pages of narrative text.
