Educational background and current occupation;
Brief list/description of their identities -- e.g., race, age, sex, level of education, marital status, description of family, general state of health, et cetera; and
A discussion of at least three environmental, life/lifestyle, and economic factors for each person that contribute to or detract from their health and well-being. [Be sure to (a) identify the three factors, (b) describe how they play out i the lives of the person, and (c) discuss how the factor contributes/detracts from that person's health and well-being.]
