Part 1:
Explain the marketing concept as discussed in Chapter 11 of your reading this week (pay particular attention to the first paragraph in Section 11-3). Is Huy Fong Foods using the marketing concept? Defend your answer. (Response should be around 200 words)
Part 2:
List the four components of the marketing mix (Chapter 11). Give an example of each of the components from the Huy Fong Foods case.
