Discussion Question Description 1. What factors would you use to weigh internal versus external candidates? Should one have a "leg up" on another? In what situation does this "leg up" become a non-issue? 2. Pretend you are responsible for hiring a new employee. How do you know you are making the correct hiring decision? What factors would you look at to solidify and justify your hire?
