Order Description Instructions: • Construct TWO essay questions in any subject area and administer it to a group of students (about 15 or more students). • For each question prepare a marking scheme using the analytical approach and one marking scheme using the global approach. • Invite a colleague to mark the two questions using the analytical approach while you mark the same set of questions using the global approach or vice-versa. • Report your findings o Was there a difference in scores between the two markers? o If there was a difference, was it due to the grading approach or the persons marking the questions? o If there was no difference, what is your conclusion?
