For this week's Emotional Intelligence Project you are to keep a log Monday-Friday: set an alarm to go off two times each day, clear your mind, write positive aspects of that person (3-5 bullets each time, include the person's name "John is…"). Assignment Instructions
Keep a log Monday-Friday: set an alarm to go off two times each day, clear your mind, write positive aspects of the person in your identified conflict noted in Week 1. You will write 3-5 bullet points each time, for a total of 6-10 bullet points each day. Include the person's name. Ex: "John is very encouraging. He doesn’t hesitate to support his friends”. Turn in log (5 pts for each time of the day - 10 pts/day with a total of 50 points possible).
