Currently there are several political developments that appear to be steering the world towards more protectionism and less globalisation (think Brexit, the likely policy agenda of Donald Trump or the strong public opposition towards free trading agreements such as TTIP). Do you think that a reduction in international trade that is likely to result from such developments is necessarily good news for the overall quality of the environment?
