Do certain kinds of evidence carry greater weight than others? For instance, would you be more likely to believe a person over a photo- graph? What about a document over a photograph? If a witness testified differently from a videotape of the same incident, would you give the videotape more credibility? Would you trust the witness or your own interpretation of what happened on the videotape? Explain your answer.
