Evidence Based Inquiry
Evidence based practice is effective because it aids social workers in selecting the greatest quality strategy to use when dealing with clients' needs. Evidence-based practice is the result of the interaction of three different types of evidence. The best evidence from the literature, the practitioner's knowledge and experiences, and the client's attributes are all examples of this evidence.
