The communication is linear, with the focus on the message being transmitted without immediate feedback. This aligns with the action model as it emphasizes the sender's role in conveying information to the receivers.
Interaction Model
Example: Conversations with a Co-worker
During a discussion with a co-worker, the interaction model comes into play. Both individuals actively participate in the exchange of ideas, thoughts, and feedback. There is a reciprocal flow of communication where each person takes turns speaking and listening, contributing to a mutual understanding. Transactional Model
