Gender inequality within HR

Part 1: Explaining your selection for choosing Gender inequality within HR for your area of research. Write a 4 page paper addressing the following areas:

  1. Why are you interested in the area you selected?
  2. What challenges or opportunities are associated with the area you selected?
  3. What would you contribute to the area that is unique and/or novel? Has anyone else done what you are doing or propose?
    (Note: there may be similar studies but yours should contribute to the body of knowledge because of its novelty).
  4. What are the implications of your contribution in this area, e.g.,to an organization, industry, or society as a PSYD or PSYD consultant?
    Part 2: List of References. After responding to the questions above in 4 pages, add a references section with at least 20 references. At
    least 10 of the references should be from scholarly articles. The references may also support your responses to questions 1 – 4 above.
