The book represents popular material in three broad areas of Human Relations application. Pick the book that is of most interest to you. Then follow the steps below:
Complete the reading and write a paper that has two sections as follows:
• Section 1: Describe the main points of the book — about 1-2 pages.
• Section 2: Discuss how theory could be applied to the content of the book. That is, how could a theory or theories be used to expand, clarify, enhance, or complement the content of the book in conducting work in HR areas.
