Human Resources Management

  As a culminating reflection of the program, this activity is designed to provide evidence of your mastery of the program's learning objectives for your program of study. This exercise is also intended for students to take ownership of learning through a mindful reflection. This encourages students to deepen their understanding of the content and program learning objectives. To complete this activity, follow these directions (read thoroughly before starting): Human Resources Management The M.A. in Human Resources Management aligns with the mission of Claremont Lincoln University to produce human resource professionals and leaders capable of respecting differences and collaborating with those of diverse viewpoints to resolve problems:  Ethical Leadership: Lead ethically and responsibly in positions of power in a workplace, community, or organization.  Decision Making: Examine data and analytic insights, quantitative and qualitative relationships, and decision-making strategies within a global and diverse workforce.  People Management: Understand the foundations of strategic human resource management, workforce planning and employment, and employee labor relations with a particular focus on mindfulness, dialogue and collaboration.  Strategic Communication: Demonstrate the interpersonal and engagement skills necessary for effective leaders to achieve innovative and collaborative resolution to community and organization issues.  Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts through mindfulness, dialogue, and collaboration to bring about positive change.  Action Research: Research, design, and implement a capstone project to affect a positive impact. Then, start the quiz. Part 1 asks you to reflect on your learning throughout the program. You are asked to rate your mastery of each of the learning objectives from the program. For each question "The Program Learning Objective states" CUT and PASTE each learning objective from the document into the answer. Then answer the next question. If you have completed all of your Program Learning Objective and there are still questions, please type "NA" and answer "Neutral" Part 2 includes a change plan relating to how the program learning changed behavior, attitudes, or future plans, on a professional or personal level. For example, how did something you learn in a specific course change how you lead your staff meetings? How did something you read about in this program impact your thoughts about your own Capstone project? For part 2, compose your responses in a WORD document and edit them so that you are ready to copy and paste them into the quiz.
