Part 2: Use of Apps (4 PTS)

• As you know, there are thousands of apps available for smart phones. Some apps are better than others in helping individuals manage some aspect of their stress.
• Find two apps for either your smartphone or computer that will help you in some way to manage your stress or help you use one of the strategies you listed above. This could be an app that provides information about a technique or an app that enables you to monitor your behavior relative to some aspect of stress management.
• For each app, provide the name of the app, cost, and a direct link (url) to information about the app itself. Then write a short,150 – 200-word description of the app and how YOU would use it in the management of stress
