    Leveraging Authentic Leadership for Influencing Desired Outcomes Situation: In a recent team project at work, I encountered a situation where there was a lack of alignment and motivation among team members towards achieving our project goals. As the project lead, I needed to step up and influence others to collaborate effectively and work towards a successful outcome. Self-Reporting Instrument and Personal Attributes: I chose the Authentic Leadership self-reporting instrument to gain insights into my leadership style and personal attributes.
