Multivariate Analysis

MANOVA

A study was conducted to determine the impact of accident on employees’ job satisfaction and perceived level of risk. Employees were first divided into accident/non-accident cases (1-yes, 2=no). Each employee was administered a risk-taking scale and a job satisfaction scale. The higher the scores on the scales, the greater the risk the person was willing to take and greater the job satisfaction. Scale used was between 1-40.
