In 500 words or less, applying the concept of burnout as discussed in Lonsdale et al (2009) and using concepts from Aoyagi et al (2008) and Peak Performers (Ch. 3-6), create a plan to nurture strong work/family balance and employee motivation and satisfaction in a business organization.
