Nuturing and Development Plan

Using the data provided for Bernie Edwards and Kimberly Harrison, analyze and interpret the simulated performance evaluation data to support and improve faculty/staff performance. Using this analysis, develop a plan for nurturing and developing two of the individual from whom the simulated performance evaluation data has been provided.
