Identify the organization's primary competitive advantage and whether you believe they have a sustainable competitive advantage or if it's only temporary. Ensure that you identify why and support it with facts that you have identified about the organization and/or its primary industry.

What is the organization's approach to quality for the product or service? Or their overall approach for all products or services. How is quality ensured and maintained? Are any of the quality tools identified in this course used by the organization? Is there an inspection process in place by the organization?
