Patient Education Pamphlet Guidelines

Purpose: a main goal of nursing is to provide education for our patients. This requires many differing skills. Using the Guidelines set forth in class, please make a one page patient education sheet for a healthcare need identified by your patient. On the second page of your pamphlet, please cite all references for your education in APA format and include your Readability statistics.

  Must include a website where patients can contact other patients (discussion board, etc). Ideally, this would be monitored by a healthcare provider.
  It can be on ANY health education topic. You cannot do a pamphlet on conditions or medications:
