It is important to emphasize that though the Case Brief is meant to be just that, brief, it does not mean it is short. This case brief should be at least 1-2 pages. You need to provide sufficient detail about the facts of the case, the issue and the decision by the court, the court's supporting opinion, and most importantly, your comments expressing your understanding of the law and what the court's decision means to the law on aiding & abetting within the crime of Felony Murder.
