all about enquiry-based learning (Questioning - bloom's Taxonomy)

My perspective and understanding of the world has been changed, challenged, reinforced, and deepened in a number of ways this academic year. One of the most significant changes has been my understanding of the importance of critical thinking. I have learned that it is not enough to simply memorize facts and information. I need to be able to think critically about the information I am given and to come to my own conclusions. This has been a challenge, but it has also been a rewarding experience. I have also been challenged to think more deeply about the world around me. I have learned to ask questions and to seek out different perspectives. This has helped me to see the world in a new light and to appreciate the complexity of human society. My understanding of the world has also been reinforced by my learning in the classroom. I have learned about different cultures and histories, and I have come to understand the different ways that people view the world. This has helped me to appreciate the diversity of the world and to see the importance of tolerance and understanding. Finally, my learning has deepened my appreciation for the power of enquiry-based learning. I have learned that by asking questions and exploring different perspectives, I can learn more about the world around me. This has helped me to become a more curious and engaged learner. One way that I intend to use my learning in the classroom is to encourage my students to ask questions. I want to help them to see that questions are a powerful tool for learning. I also want to help them to develop the skills they need to ask good questions. I also intend to use my learning to help my students to see the world in a more complex and nuanced way. I want to help them to appreciate the different perspectives that exist and to understand the importance of tolerance and understanding. I believe that enquiry-based learning is a powerful way to learn. It can help students to develop critical thinking skills, to appreciate the diversity of the world, and to become more engaged learners. I am excited to use my learning to help my students in the classroom. Here are some specific examples of how I will use my learning in the classroom:
  • I will ask my students open-ended questions that require them to think critically.
  • I will encourage my students to explore different perspectives on a topic.
  • I will help my students to develop the skills they need to ask good questions.
  • I will help my students to see the world in a more complex and nuanced way.
I believe that these strategies will help my students to become better learners and to develop a deeper understanding of the world around them.
