Your research paper should also identify and discuss the impact of federal and state laws on education in the classroom (e.g., English for Speakers of Other
Languages, Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act, Separation of Church and State, Standardized Testing). Think broadly about the laws
portion of the paper. There are an unlimited amount of laws that govern education in the state of Florida. Make sure you compare and/or contrast the federal
and state laws with the principles and practices of the theories you selected for inclusion in your research paper if you would like full credit.
REQUIREMENTS
The scholarly research paper must be 4 to 5 pages in length. The 4 to 5 page limit does not include the required cover and references pages.
You must obtain at least three scholarly resources to support your paper, and all references must be cited in your paper using the correct APA (6th edition)
style.
Format your paper using Times New Roman 12-point font with one-inch margins on all sides. Your paper can be double spaced.
Grammar and spelling errors will result in point deductions.
Failure to connect theory with law will result in point deductions.
Remember to review and refer to the rubric often as you work on your project.
