The secretary of the union has asked you to prepare a paper setting out the implications of the Ministers policy proposals for your organisation with particular atten​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍​tion to the impact it is going to have on the democratic processes in the State. For the assignment you are required to demonstrate a comprehension to any readings referred to.
