Quality Function Deployment (QFD) in an Organization

Consider that you are promoted to director of an international and global organization that manufactures medical equipment used in heart surgeries. You were brought in to lead this division since the organization has been losing market share for six quarters. The only data available to you are customer satisfaction surveys.
