Imagine you have all been selected to attend interviews at Babcock Marine in Devonport for a graduate training scheme for Quality Engineers. Should you be successful you could be working on the "support and deep maintenance work on both surface ships and nuclear-powered submarines". You have all been told in advance that your interview will begin with you giving a 10 minute presentation covering the following three main areas: • What would you expect to see in a company such as Babcock if it had a strong 'quality culture/ • Why are quality and a quality culture so particularly important to Babcock Marine in Devonport? • What makes a good Quality Engineer and why would you be the right choice as a graduate who will one day be heavily involved in the continuous development of quality at Babcock?
