In Module 5 you learned about Reputation Management. Research and select a company that received negative earned media (comments, reviews, news, articles, social posts etc.). Research this company’s brand using any online channel and answer the following questions:

Is there any evidence of how the company handled the negative media?
How do you think such negative comments can impact on their online reputation?
What would you have done different to manage the situation if you were the social media or digital marketing manager?
What advice will you give to this company on how they can manage their online reputation?
Next, find an example from the same company where they effectively managed their reputation and answer the following question:

What do you think the company did well here?
