this assignment will be about a preparation for a research by using types of research methods that we help to find out about the topic " The implications of human resource management strategy for facilitating employee motivations in fly emirates " which you have to write about it. this assignment is only a preparation for a research paper by starting with putting dilemmas and thesis and types of research methods skills and knowledge to find out about the topic ( check the attachments to find and understand more ) please check the attachments: 1- lecturer PowerPoint 2- example assignment for you to know, how my assignment should be done (but don't copy any from it - just read it to understand). 3- Assignment 1 template ( answer sheet contains a table, your answer should be there, inside the table. then, - you have to describe and answer the following: Please attempt the following four questions: 1. Consider the Research Design Descriptors studied in Chapter 6 (listed in Exhibit 6-3 of the book, or slide 13 of the lecture presentation). Classify your research project for each of these 8 descriptors. For example: "when considering the data collection method, monitoring is more appropriate for my project because ...". (400 words max.) [4 marks] 2. Consider Exhibit 7-2 in chapter 7 (explained also in slides 2-8), listing key distinctions between qualitative and quantitative research. For each of the 13 distinctions, attempt to identify if qualitative research, or quantitative research, or a combination of both research approaches is needed in your project. For example, "only a small sample size may be available hence a qualitative study is more appropriate". (800 words max.) 3. Consider a qualitative approach to the research design in your project. a. For each of the data collection methods listed in slides 10 and 11 of chapter 7 (explained from page 166 in the textbook), identify which methods are suitable for your project. (you don"t have to select all of them but you can explain why you select most of them and why you didn't select the others. you have to explain). b. Pre-tasking involves the deliberate preparation of participants (see slide 15). Explain why, or why not, you consider pre-tasking suitable for any of the data collection methods you identified above for your project. (200 words max.) 4.
