Sole Commisioner County

Georgia still has a few sole commissioner county commissions. You are that commissioner's county administrator/manager. Your assignment is to write a briefing paper to your sole commissioner with three things he/she should accomplish next year with pros and cons for each. Cheer up! You get to make up the problems and solutions. Be creative but reasonable.
