The state of New Mexico has enacted a statute to limit liability of the commercial space airlines and their suppliers. Should a commercial space flight operator be held to the same standards of safety of NASA? Should a commercial enterprise enjoy the same limitations of liability as the U.S government? If one decides to participate in a commercial flight should he be able to sue if something happens?
