  Background A good way to look at this assignment is examining two sides of the same coin. The trends of challenges and opportunities which are changing the landscape of HI as a field will be important to consider as you launch your career. The group assignment this week is to perform a SWOT analysis which also looks at Strengths and Weaknesses. All of the SWOT components can guide organizations as they develop strategy to achieve objectives. In this case, you will use SWOT to analyze the field- what challenges do you anticipate there being in the future? What opportunities do you anticipate arising? Directions: Compose a thoughtful analysis addressing the question(s) above. This is a group submission that will be evaluated using the "application/case study" rubric found under rubrics in your course documents. Write-ups should address all aspects of the prompt and meet other criteria as specified in the rubric; word count is expected to be between 600-800 words.
