Team development theory

            This is an individual assignment. Students will conduct a literature review of one of the following topics: 1. Team conflict theory 2. Team development theory 3. Team communication theory. Instructions: Students will select from one of the topics above. Then select 3 articles. Read the articles and prepare a synopsis (Minimum 2 paragraphs) for each article. List one article, prepare a synopsis of that article, then go to the next article, then the third. Treat each article separately. Remember all articles need to be on the same topic.
