Team formation processes

Provide an overview of team formation processes. Discuss the development and enforcement of team norms, including a Biblical perspective on leading teams through conflict. Discuss examples and implications of tasks and social behaviors, including at least one specific example from Scripture of each behavior type. Appraise your team’s functioning and overall performance. Appraise the specific contributions of other team members, including sources of and responses to conflict. Critically evaluate the virtual team environment, including advantages and disadvantages as applied to the Collaborative Learning Activities. To earn full points, you must provide a clear, cogent, and well-supported summation of the Collaborative Learning Activities. You must convey your understanding of, and ability to apply, key concepts covered in scholarly sources (including the Levi text).
