In recent times, many businesses operating in the UK and Malta are having update their business strategies due to some changes in the business environment like the COVID19 pandemic, Brexit and the war in Ukraine are making some strategies in obsolete or outmoded for some business.
You are required as a business strategy consultant to select any Malta based company of your choice and answer the following questions :
