The Godfather (1972)

Analyze and review three movies. I must focus on certain elements in filmmaking for each film.

  • The Godfather (1972), directed by Francis Ford Coppola
    - I must identify the main conflicts that appear throughout the film, and how the director uses conflict to create drama and convey the story.
  • Up in the Air (2009), directed by Jason Reitman
    - I must analyze how the director uses the film's setting and the appearances of the characters to convey a story. A notable example is how hair of the main character, Ryan Bingham, gradually becomes whiter as the story progresses.
