The legal,ethical and professional issues surrounding a patient

Mrs Smith attended an eye examination with her father, Mr Jones. Two days after the appointment with Mr Jones, you receive a letter from another of Mr Jones’ daughter, Ms Barney.
Consider the letter received along with the clinical record card and write a short essay discussing the professional, legal, business and ethical implications raised in this case and any additional legal management you feel would be necessary in this case.
You should discuss the issues surrounding data protection and poor record keeping.
