Topic: One company, Different Laws

Paper details: Every country has a set of legal descriptions for company categories that are similar, yet as the languages vary, the acronyms differ. Likewise, two countries may have legal categories that may sound similar but are drastically different when compared closely. Company categories vary in different countries. For example, in the United States, a company can be a Limited Liability Company (LLC); in the European Union (EU), instead, you can find a Societas Privata Europaea (SPE). An LLC limits the personal liability of its owners with regard to company holdings and debt. The SPE is quite similar. In this assignment, you will find the different legal categories of companies.
