Training and Development Plan

In preparation for the Week Three assignment (the Training and Development Plan, not the Week Two Recruiting and Staffing Plan), look ahead in the course syllabus and post adrafttopic and objectives for your training and development planLinks to an external site. (use this hyperlink as an example) for a public health program or nonprofit organization. The draft must be at least 300 words, outlining your training and development plan (training outline, raining objectives, etc.).
Guided Response: Respond to at least two of your classmates’ posts. Offer a peer critique of their draft topics and objectives. Include suggestions for improvement by asking questions: Are the objectives appropriate for the training plan? What kinds of resources could be included? Read your classmates draft and provide some insight or suggestions.
