The road to equality has been difficult, as Mexican-Japanese Americans in California created a Framers Union (JMLA) in 1903 in Oxnard, California. There
were the infamous Zoot Suit Riots in 1943 in Los Angeles, California. Yet, we will focus on "Operation Wetback," which was the largest deportation in the

more about this topic.
