Redesignation is required every four years to maintain the status.

Oakridge's current status is a testament to our commitment to excellence.

Speaker's Notes: The Magnet Recognition Program is the highest and most esteemed international recognition for nursing excellence. It's not just an award; it's a testament to an organization's commitment to creating a professional practice environment where nurses can thrive, leading to better patient outcomes. The program is a powerful force for driving quality improvement initiatives.
