Then identify and describe an appropriate qualitative method for two stages in the planning cycle (for example, assessment, planning, monitoring, outcome evaluation). Be sure to define the qualitative method and comprehensively explain why you chose it in alignment with the service level identified.

Consider that the planning cycle stages are often subject to various resource constraints (for example, budget, human capital, time, et cetera) in community/public health settings., assume that the assessment, planning, monitoring, and outcome evaluation is occurring in a resource limited setting. Do you agree with identified qualitative method based on potential resource constraints? How could methods and strategies be tailored when resources are limited? Would you expect this tailoring to compromise the utility of the qualitative methods or the results? Why or why not?
